employing the gentle but firm manipulation
pressure points and muscles.
- Aromatherapy- Utilizes
essential oils to heal by stimulating the

- Deep Tissue- Used to
release chronic muscle tension through slower
strokes and more direct deep pressure or
friction applied across the grain of the
muscles rather than with the grain.
- Sports Therapeutic-
A technique using quick and vigorous strokes,
including deep tissue and stretching on localized
body parts where a specific activity may
have caused exertion and muscle tightness.
- Pregnancy- Reduces
stress on the back, ankles and legs. Promotes
relaxation for those expecting.
- Stone Therapy- Relieves
tight muscles, alleviates tension and minimizes
stress using warm stones and massage therapy.
- Powder- Stimulates
nerve endings under the skin while creating
a state of deep relaxation. Ideal for sensitive
skin.
- Reflexology- Focuses
on the reflex points in the feet that correspond
to specific body organs.
- Steam Massage- Increases
blood flow bringing vital nutrients to skin
